When the website is accessed, technically necessary data is processed. This may include, in particular, the IP address, time of access, page requested, browser, operating system, device and transmission status.
Processing is necessary to provide the website securely and reliably and to detect technical errors or misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
When you submit the contact form, we process the company name, contact person, business email address, enquiry category and, if provided, the location and your message.
We use this information to review and respond to your enquiry. For pre-contractual or contractual enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other business enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The form is intended exclusively for business enquiries. Please do not submit passport, visa, health, recognition or other sensitive personal data. No automated decision making or profiling takes place.
We use Vercel Inc. for hosting and form processing. Email delivery is provided by Brevo GmbH. The business mailbox is provided through Google Workspace by Google Cloud EMEA Limited.
These service providers process personal data only within the scope of their respective services and applicable data protection requirements. Where data is processed outside the European Union or European Economic Area, providers rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards under Article 46 GDPR. Information from the contact form is not automatically shared with service partners. External links lead to independent providers whose own privacy information applies.
Technical access data is processed only for as long as necessary for operation, security and error analysis. Contractual or statutory retention periods may apply to individual data held by service providers.
We generally delete contact enquiries without a contractual context no later than six months after communication ends. If a pre-contractual or contractual relationship arises, the relevant statutory and business retention periods apply.
This website currently uses no analytics, marketing or profiling cookies and integrates no external advertising or tracking services.
Subject to the GDPR, data subjects have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, that consent may be withdrawn with future effect.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.
